-Tell us about Winsupply. What is it that your company does? Winsupply of Lakeville is an electrical and HVAC supply company, serving both contractors and homeowners. We are conveniently located at 21653 Cedar Ave Ste 1, Lakeville and offer a wide variety of quality products, employees with in-depth product knowledge, with hours of operation that fit your electrical and HVAC needs.
-How did Winsupply get started and when? In 2004 we opened as Winlectric and as we continued to grow with its entrance into the HVAC market, we changed our name to Winsupply of Lakeville in 2015 to reflect our new identity as a multi-industry supplier.

-What is the culture of Winsupply like?

-What makes Winsupply unique, especially for your area?
Our President Billy Jansen takes pride in hiring employees who are friendly, courteous, and willing to do whatever is necessary to assist you, and that quality of service has been our standard ever since. When asked what makes Winsupply of Lakeville unique and different from the competition, President Jansen said, “We make sure that all of our customers leave satisfied. From homeowners to builders, everyone matters.”
-How did you get started at Winsupply? I (Troy) got started about five years ago when a close friend of mine spoke very highly of the company he had been with for a few years. A couple times I said, "Well I’m not sure about making a change, I don’t know anything about electrical…” I warmed up to the idea after seeing the support that came with the move and how the culture allowed for career development even beyond the initial product knowledge.
-How did you hear about Dispatch? We had been through many couriers, none really meeting the need of accurate tracking. After doing some online research, our inside salesperson Todd Hornbacher came across Dispatch and reached out.
-What was your process for sending and receiving inventory prior to Dispatch? Speed and communication are vital in our industry, things are always changing on the fly with our contractors and their customers. The other couriers were not meeting our high standard that not only we hold ourselves to, but courier and delivery personnel as well.
-Any special instance where Dispatch came through in a pinch or went above and beyond what you expected? Many times we have last minute changes based on customer requests, even after the orders have been placed. Each time Dispatch has addressed our concerns, in real-time, allowing for our customers to receive the material they requested at the time they requested.
